Back-Links

The exact match density for each keyword link should be lower than 5%. A Google friendly linking profile will have mostly URL related links, Brand related links and lots of different ‘junk’ links instead of keyword rich links.

Orphan link pages are easily improved by building a good link into that page. Google mistrust links from pages with no links, so create a few and you will get maximum benefit from your links.

It’s not that Google mistrusts orphan links…. it doesn’t count them at all (to downgrade all those articles, published just for SEO), so any article or directory listing page or whatever needs to have backlinks, regardless of how strong the home page might be.
